• 1. For inviting objections from the public, if any, the applicant is directed to - a. Display a Notice Board at the proposed site. b. Publish an advertisement in 3 newspapers.
• 2. One set of plans along with the application is forwarded to the local Police authorities for their remarks and also in-view of law and order.
• 3. One set of plans along with the application is forwarded to the Traffic branch for their remarks from the traffic point of view. After the reports are received, the licensing authority decides upon the application and the applicant is intimated accordingly.
