Is it necessary to obtain a FL3 licence from the excise Department first and then from Police?

Police License is not required by the government order dated December 22, 2015.

  • 3. Certificate or receipt of fire fighting equipment should be installed in the proposed premises.
  • 4. Documents showing ownership/title/rights of the premises(owned/leased/rented).
  • 5. If the premises are rented, then NOCs from the concerned landlord stating that he does not have any objection to starting the said activities.
  • 6. NOC from the Fire Brigade office.
  • 7. NOC from the Health Department of BMC.
  • 8. If there is a telephone, then the certificate from MTNL office.
  • 9. NOC from the electrical Inspector.

What is the fee for temporary licenses for programs to be held on the open grounds?

NOC Rs.50, Ticket selling Fee Rs.50, Premises License Fee Rs.500, Performance License Fee (To be collected by the Divisional Assistant Commissioners of Police), Loudspeaker License Fee (To be collected by the Concerned Police Station) (The fee may vary depending upon the nature and the period of the program)

What are the requirements to obtain the license?

How to renew the Arms license?

If the renewal is not late, fill the renewal form and affix Rs. 5/- Court fees, stamp. Produce weapon and license for inspection at Citizen Facilitation Center. Pay the renewal fees. Renewal will be done immediately.

Cyber Cafe

What is the required fee for Cyber Cafe Licence?

The required fee for Cyber Café License is Rs. 600/- Per Computer, So that for Three Years the fee is Rs.1800/- per computer.

After submitting the application, what procedure is to be followed for obtaining a license for programs to be held on open grounds?

The application will be sent to the concerned Police station for enquiries. After the receipt of the enquiry report, the decision will be taken and the applicant will be informed accordingly.

After completing construction, how do I procure a license to start the business?

After completing construction, you will have to make an application for grant of license. You have to submit the following documents along with your application:

  • 1. Occupation certificate from the BMC.
  • 2. NOC from the electrical Inspector.
  • 3. NOC from the Health Officer, BMC.
  • 4. Certificate from MTNL.
  • 5. Certificate of lighting contractor.
  • 6. NOC from the Chief Fire Officer, BMC.
  • 7. NOC from the Traffic Police regarding parking.
  • 8. NOC from PWD.
  • 9. Structural stability certificate from the architect.
  • 10. Name and address of the Manager, Projector operator and electrician. After the receipt of the same, the proposal will be submitted to the Government for previous sanction. After receipt of the previous sanction from the Government, the license will be issued.

I don't have all these required documents at present. Can I submit them afterwards?

Unless you submit these documents, your application will not be processed. You cannot start the business by submitting an incomplete application.

What are the documents required to apply for a passport?

Following documents are required to apply for Passport

  • 1. Any two of the below given documents- a) Applicant's ration card b) Telephone bill (copy of current month and previous year) a) Electricity payment (current month and copy of last year) d) Current bank account passbook (only first page) e) Election card/Aadhar card f) PAN card or driving license
  • 2) Birth certificate proof or school leaving certificate

What is the fee structure?

Fees:

  • 1. Premises license up to 200 seats Rs. 5,000. up to 500 seats Rs. 10,000. above 501 seats Rs. 15,000.
  • 2. Ticket selling license. Rs. 500.
  • 3. Addition/alteration in the license. Rs. 500.
  • 4. Duplicate license Rs. 500.

What is the procedure for granting a license to a proposed Amusement/Water Park ?

After the construction is completed, the applicant should submit the following documents/NOC's along with the application for grant of license. (Court fees stamp of Rs.5/- should be affixed to the application)

My license renewal is late. What should I do?

Call on personally. Produce the weapon for inspection. Fill up the renewal form. Submit your explanation for the delay. You will be issued with a Show Cause Notice. Answer within 15 days. The decision will be taken after receipt of your reply. The decision will be conveyed to you by letter, through the concerned Police station.
