Anti-drug awareness program

On the occasion of Anti-Drug Week, a public awareness program was conducted in schools within the Wadala Police Station limits More than 500 students from Nirmal Vidyalaya, Ganesh Vidyalaya and Shivdi Koliwada Municipal Corporation Schools participated in this initiative. Under the guidance of Senior Police Inspector Sudarshan Honawadjkar, Police Sub-Inspector Amrita Garule guided the students on the ill effects of drugs, cybercrime and the dangers of mobile phones through the ‘Police Didi’ and ‘Police Kaka’ initiatives.
